FASTer Way to Fat Loss- I’m a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss® coach. I help people learn how to fuel their bodies with whole food nutrition, balance workouts, and use strategies like intermittent fasting and carb cycling to build sustainable, healthy habits. My program includes simple weekly meal guides, shopping lists, effective workouts, and accountability to support lasting results.
I formulate and sell essential oil and herbal infused, organic, plant based self care and wellness products. These range from bath and body items, skin care, herbal teas, wellness products, and more. I am a Herbalist, Organic Skincare Formulator, Registered Nurse (BSN), and Certified Natural Health Educator (Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor in progress). The services I normally offer are Therapeutic Bodywork (like massage), Reflexology, Flower Essence Consultations, Natural Health Consultations, Raindrop Therapy, and Yoni Steaming.
